performance to meet strategic objectives. Through discovering and addressing underlying factors that can inhibit business performance, Chris works with
clients to create conditions that enable swift execution of strategy.
Chris' consulting expertise has resulted in her client's ability to realize measurable improvements in individual and organizational performance. She works
with teams and leaders to improve planning, communications, and problem solving capabilities. Partnering with organizational leaders, she has designed and
facilitated strategic business forums, leadership conferences, and work planning sessions. Additionally, Chris provides executive coaching services to help
leaders reach their full potential.
Prior to starting her consulting practice, Chris held positions as Vice President of Corporate Communications for a publicly held company, Director of
Organization Development & Training, Senior Consultant, and HR Manager. She has held positions at Polaroid Corporation, Chase Manhattan Bank, Wang
Laboratories, Lotus Development Corporation and Avid Technology, Inc. She has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School, Northeastern University,
and Boston University.
Chris holds a BA degree in Psychology from Boston University and an Ed. M in Organization Development from Boston University. She lives with her family in
